With a speciality in various business areas, this is a great opportunity to join a small, collaborative team who will support you in the process of becoming an IT Support genius!
What will you do?
- Responsible for logging all issues onto internal helpdesk system
- Providing 1st line telephone, web and email support to customers
- Provide day-to-day general support in IT and telecommunications business
- Managing provisioning process
- Phone system support (3CX, Avaya, Cisco)
What must you have?
- Excellent communication skills
- Good ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to needs of the business
- Good time management, working to SLA’s
Qualifications that are desired?
- 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above (must include English and maths)
- Windows
- Outlook
- Telecoms experience
- Networks (TCP/IP)
- Trouble shooting in IT environment
