Department Supervisor - Online Retailer

Wellingborough - Permanent, Full Time Position

We have an immediate requirement for a Department Supervisor to join a successful online retailer in Wellingborough. This Company made its mark reselling electronic equipment; and have now expanded their operations into other departments such as home and leisure. This is a great opportunity to become part of a busy, and growing team!

You will take a lead in the department responsible for testing and repacking a wide range of items, from small domestic appliances to homeware and audio.

Based within their warehouse you will manage the department to ensure that goods received can be processed by each team member in the most efficient way whilst ensuring the highest quality and standards for their suppliers.

Day to day operations as Supervisor will include:

• Managing staff to ensure they work to the best of their ability
• Warranty repair processing
• Ensuring that products are allocated to the correct area for sale / trade export
• Managing processes to ensure systems and processes are as efficient as possible
• Work with other departments to present reports to managers on performance within the team
