Do you have experience of leading teams? Are you looking for an opportunity to make your mark within an international organisation?  Our client, a major food manufacturing company is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the IT team at their state-of-the-art international facility.  They are a genuine leader in their space and innovation is at the core of what they do.  As the head of their IT delivery, you will be given the freedom to make the right decisions and assume responsibility to oversee the IT department and its future direction. 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Clear, demonstrable IT delivery experience  

  • Experience of leadership, with direct reports 

  • Previous experience with SAP systems, ERP, WMS 

  • Strong understanding of complex technology and business processes  

  • Resilient personality, and with a “can do” approach  

  • Effective communication skills 

  • Highly organised  

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

  • Oversee a number of key IT functions within the business 

  • Participate with and take direction in the development and improvement of IT solutions 

  • You will be stakeholder facing and have the opportunity to collaborate with other blue-chip organisations  

  • Contribute to the IT and Business strategies  

  • Manage a team of 4 others to ensure efficient IT processes are being delivered  

  • Deliver a highly effective service to meet the demands of the business
