PROGRAMME DATA ANALYST (6 MONTH CONTRACT)
Salary equivalent £19,000 – £21,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Do you love working with large data sets? Do you have a passion for data analysis and a strong understanding of database reporting?

Our client is a large well-known company with a strong regional presence, and they have just made available this 6-month contract role working in their Exeter office.

What would you do?

• You would demonstrate your data and analytical skills by providing management information reports. These reports would be part of the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes and would require you to undertake extract transform and load (ETL) procedures, moving data between the various corporate systems and spreadsheet software.
  

What are we looking for?

• Clearly, some good experience in recognised data processing and analysis software would be required for this role, namely:

• MS Excel and Visio

• Knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, specifically) or other related tools.

• SQL-Server, and SS Analysis Services experience would be a clear advantage.

• Experience of manipulating and analysing data effectively, and publishing using reporting software would be essential.
