As a sales coordinator you will work within a tight-knight team, where you will be expected to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and it’s safe to say that no two days will be the same!
WHO WILL FIT THE MOULD?
• A Warm and Inviting Demeanour with the ability to Communicate Effectively
• Organisational Skills are essential
• Previous Experience within a Sales Environment would be Advantageous
• Business Minded / Driven to Succeed
• Self-Motivated and Able to Follow your own Initiative
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
• Some experience with CRM systems would be highly beneficial
WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
• Communicating with Customers by Phone and Email
• Preparing and Sending Out Quotations to Clients
• Ensuring That Leads are Responded to In A Timely Manner
• Eating Cake (Occasionally)
• Assisting Your Team in Any Business-Related Tasks Which may Occur
• Record client information to understand where the company’s services could be a good match
