What would you do?
Provide oversight and technical leadership in the use of Salesforce, specifically in the use of Salesforce Service Cloud. This role will work within their large IT group to provide technical guidance on their Salesforce platform. Amongst other things, you would:
Undertake programming, project management, and development assignments
Assist IT Manager and Architect with the development of IT roadmap
Support design and implementation
Acts as team leader for development and support groups
provides programming and application/technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members
What are we looking for?
A genuine problem solver looking to advance their career
Full knowledge of the relevant programming languages and system analysis techniques
A relevant degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
Experienced in Salesforce Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Background in Visualforce, Visual Workflow, APEX, Process Builder
