Change Management Analyst
Do you have experience of change management or business analysis within enterprise applications? Experience of ITIL processes and user support? Then this could be your next contract!
Our Forbes 500 global client has just made available, on an interim basis, a role for a change management analyst, who would be working both independently and with cooperative teams on systems support, audit compliance and Change Management.
What would you do?
You would be working on our clients ERP system, controlling access and user management. You would be defining processes and procedures and contributing to testing and audit requirements as they arise. You would assist internal and external customers with usability and training.
Further, you will contribute real value by developing, integrating, and/or supporting internal processes & systems to improve audit compliance, team efficiency and the overall delivery.
You would also undertake some application support tasks related to your skill set and role, working directly on technical problem identification and resolution
What are we looking for?
- Ideally, BA/Change management experience however other relevant support experience would be considered
- Application support experience - however we’re not looking for direct experience of our client’s ERP system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Full understanding of change management processes
