12 Month Contract – With Potential to Extend

Full Time Onsite: Monday-Thursday 08:30 – 16:45,  Friday 08:30 – 16:45

£25.20 PAYE + Holiday Pay & Pension Contribution or £34.20 Umbrella

The Role:

As a Change Management Specialist, you will be playing a hands-on role in delivering successful organisational change projects. You will be part of a dedicated UK and US team, working cross-functionally to drive improvements and support transformation across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs analysis and impact assessments to shape effective change strategies
  • Advise and support stakeholders to ensure smooth change adoption
  • Lead and influence teams to embrace change and deliver business outcomes
  • Execute change implementation plans with consistency and clarity
  • Collaborate with UK and US colleagues on strategic transformation initiatives
  • Create engaging communications and presentations to support change efforts

What You Will Bring:

  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred; certification in Organisational Change Management is desirable
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in Change Management
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus (training provided)
