Our client is one of the biggest names in the world; with more than 100,000 employees and sales into 193 countries they are truly global; they have just made available this brand-new role on an agency basis to join their work tools design team.

We’re seeking an experienced engineer (mechanical/electrical/electronic) to develop the clients regulatory compliance function for their work tools team.

What would you do?

• Be the point of contact on for the department’s compliance function
• You would work with designers and other engineers to ensure that compliance with various regulatory authorities around the world is met
• You would be instrumental in defining processes to ensure compliance going forward
• Get involved with functional safety requirements, including testing and design
• Ensure paperwork is correctly compiled and submitted

What are we looking for?

• First and foremost, an engineer with clear understanding of engineering principles
• Some experience with regulatory affairs or design would be beneficial
• A team player
• Organised and with an eye for details
• some project management/oversight experience
