Field Service Engineer – Electrical

42.5 hrs per week (OT might be available)

We are looking for an Electrical Field Service Engineer to join a well-established provider of standby power solutions. Core duties will include;

  • To organise & complete service visits
  • To position, install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites
  • Extensive travel within the UK and occasionally may be asked to travel outside the UK.

Depending on the service and installation requirements, this role may, at times, cross over into sales and technical support

What we’re looking for from you;

  • A Field Service Engineer who’s experienced working at customer sites
  • Someone with demonstrable experience working to a safe manner

Qualifications / Knowledge required;

  • 18th edition – test and inspect
  • Electronic fault finding to component level
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic wiring diagrams and associated technical drawings
  • Microsoft Word & Excel and preferably LabView
  • Knowledge of IEC wiring regulations
