This part-time position (2 days per week) offers an excellent opportunity to start your journey with us, with the potential for increased hours and ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Handy Person at our manufacturing facility in Clevedon, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Painting and Decorating: You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our facilities by performing painting and decorating tasks. This includes touch-ups, painting walls, and ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment for our team.
- Basic Plumbing: Handling minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and other basic plumbing maintenance as required.
- Cleaning: Keeping our facilities clean and orderly, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Working at Heights: Being comfortable and skilled in working at heights when needed for maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar handy person or maintenance role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of painting, decorating, and plumbing.
- Willingness to work at heights when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
