NPI Project Manager, Stafford

6 Month Contract

Salary £35-£40 per hour

Are you an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience of working with NPI teams? Do you have the ability to work with diverse groups in order to reach a consensus to ensure large projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to the product strategy?

If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for NPI Project Managers to join their team in Stafford on initial 6-month contracts. Working primarily with internal customers you will be able to quickly and correctly identify problems, which may not be obvious. The incumbent is free to determine the best way to complete job assignments in order to achieve desired results.

Job duties of the NPI Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage large NPI projects.
  • Assist in prioritizing NPI projects based on enterprise impact and objectives.
  • Assemble the business case for project requests.
  • Identify training needs for NPI team members and initiates NPI-related development opportunities.
  • Assist in marketing the NPI process to customers.
  • Identify cost containment opportunities.
  • Identify trends and areas of focus for continuous improvement.

Skills and experience the NPI Project Manager will have:

  • The position typically requires a college or six to nine years of job-related experience.
  • The ability to listen to others.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong project management experience
