NVH Test Engineer

Peterborough/ Hybrid WFH

PAYE rate £24.75 Umbrella Rates £33.25

As NVH Test Engineer you will be working on some of the most advanced solutions within the power generation market at this Global OEM in Peterborough.

Joining a talented and diverse team, totalling thirty engineers and technicians, you will perform a variety of validation tests in a dedicated state of the art workspace. There is also prospect for travel to undertake testing at various sites.

This is a long-term contract opportunity, which is being offered on an initial 12-month basis.

Key focus of the opportunity;

  • You will be working directly for an engine platform NVH lead and will be supported in their work in any number of functional areas

  • Set up instrumentation for data acquisition, signal processing and analysis

  • Technical report writing and presenting out

Skills and Experience required for the NVH Engineer;

  • Demonstrable data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Great communication and interaction to support technicians and customers

  • Ideally a Mechanical Engineering Degree with industry experience in NVH

  • Use of Test software such as Siemens Testlab
