Process & Data Systems Leader – Labelling

Peterborough - mix of working from home and office based 2-3 days

Initial 6 month contract – likely to be extended

PAYE and Umbrella rates available

The Process & Data Systems Project Leader will develop expertise in the bespoke Certification and Labelling solution supporting all activities relating to the effective marking processes before, during and after production to meet regulatory requirements and support customers.

What will the Process & Data Systems Leader do?

  • Process Owner for Label Artwork creation and maintenance  
  • Conduct regular label audits across the multiple production facilities
  • Support User Acceptance Testing for new developments/enhancements
  • Provide support via the customer service portal for various post-production label processes
  • Developing expertise in the system
  • Provide support in resolving day to day issues
  • Lead / champion resolution of issues and new requirements
  • Hands-on execution of processes supporting multiple production facilities 

What skills and experience does the Process & Data Systems Leader need?

  • Experience of working with business systems and processes in a Manufacturing or Engineering industry
  • Ability to lead and resolve cross functional issues

Desirable

  • Experience of Label/Barcode Design Software such as BarTender
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A structural approach to problem solving
  • Ability to successfully work and build relationships across diverse Global teams
  • Basic understanding of compression ignition engines
