SAP Administrator

Irlam

Initial 6 month contract (via Umbrella / PAYE) up to £21.75 an hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a SAP Administrator to join a global supplier of world class engines in Irlam. The role sits within a dynamic, fast paced Inbound & Planning team. Managing a profile of over 200 suppliers, this role is responsible for ensuring all Shipping Notes that require manual input into SAP are generated in a timely and accurate fashion, ensuring all error messages are understood and corrected.

 

Key Responsibilities of the SAP Administrator:

•Ensure all shipping notes are generated and input accurately into SAP within set timescales

•Work with Expeditor team, Planning Team and Super Users to understand errors

•Report progress and issues encountered to Supervisory team.

•Other Administrative tasks as required

 

Skills and Experience required for the SAP Administrator:

•Previous work experience with SAP is essential.

•Previous work experience within a Supply Chain function, desirable.

•Ability to identify a problem, articulate it clearly, progress it to a solution.

•Strong team ethic with the ability to work on own initiative

•Proven ability to maintain react and think quickly to fast moving fluid situations & deadlines.

•Demonstrate meticulous levels of attention to detail.
