HR Generalist – Stafford / Hybrid working

Initial 6 month contract – possibility of being extended         

37 hours a week – 8am–4:30pm Monday to Thursday & 8am-1pm Friday

An exciting opportunity to work as a HR Generalist in a small facility within the HR team. Do you have more than 5+ years of relevant experience as HR Advisor/HRBP? Are you skilled in decision making and critical thinking? Are you effective at verbal and written communication? Do you have working knowledge of employment laws and HR processes? If so, this could be the role for you!

Key Accountabilities of the HR Generalist

  • Stafford Facility HR Improvement Projects
    • Induction
    • Driving Engagement Initiatives (Proactive Employee Insights follow up and supporting leaders with action planning processes)
    • Localised Leadership development on specific HR processes (Discipline, Grievance, Leader Induction, Policy Awareness)
  • Facility Risk Owner for Data Privacy – Proactive ownership and self-assessment of inventory and controls. GDPR Compliance
  • Supporting Talent Development processes – Scoping and coordination of training/development initiatives
  • Stafford Facility Employee Relations processes support
    • Support for case work and other HR activities on an ad hoc basis

Competitive Hourly Rate - Umbrella OR PAYE
