What would you do?

  • Work closely with O365 and Exchange

  • Understand the company products and provide strategic advice to customers

  • Collaborate with customer’s in-house staff to meet their requirements and train them where necessary

  • Manage projects for their customers

  • Provide technical support on how to solve issues

  • Revise existing systems and suggest how they could be improved

  • Undertake client visits during the sales process

  • Support the Sales team with tenders and other product literature

  • Keep product information up-to-date

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally a few years under your belt within an IT support based role / or an experienced engineer who is looking for advancement in a more customer facing role

  • It is imperative that you are a people person

  • Good all round IT support experience, but experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and SQL would be preferable

  • If you have completed any email migration projects, then this would be a huge advantage

  • Confidence is key, as you will be working a lot with direct customers

This role will be predominately office based although may occasionally require short periods on customer sites, the cost of travel will be covered. However, we do require for the successful candidate to hold a driving licence and have use of their own vehicle.
