Production Technician – Electrical Bias

Clevedon, Permanent, Full time

Salary up to £27,000 DOE + Quarterly Profit Share + Contributory Pension Scheme and other Excellent Company Benefits

38.5 hours a week with a lunchtime finish on Friday!

We are looking for a Production Technician for a Clevedon-based, forward thinking employee-owned manufacturing company. Be part of a supportive team where you can make a meaningful impact by expanding your skills, enjoying a healthy work-life balance, and contributing to the success of others!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble PCBs and electrical components to meet quality standards
  • Rectify faults and maintain a tidy, Lean/5S-compliant workspace
  • Follow and help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality benchmarks are met

Skills and Qualifications:

  • PCB assembly, soldering and fault diagnosis
  • Experience with schematics, hand tools and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
  • IPC certification (desirable)
