Part-Time Procurement Administration Assistant
18 hours per week (with scope to increase!)
Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home)
Flexible working days (ideally Mon/Tues/Thurs in office)

We’re currently recruiting for a Part-Time Procurement Administration Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Clevedon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration or procurement. We’re looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key duties include:
- Raising purchase orders and supporting routine purchasing
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Resolving invoice queries and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining documentation
- Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel beneficial)
- Any admin or purchasing experience is helpful but not essential
